The Amsterdam Boat Show, organized by HISWA at RAI Amsterdam, is a festival who celebrates water sports fans indoors. It is held in 2016 between 16 to 20 March. HISWA stands for Dutch Water Sports Industry Association. If you are looking for a new boat, you will find a wide array of launches, open sailboats, day sailing boats and speedboats, most of which are ready to immediately be used.
The Association also has a fun sports section which offers everything in the field of windsurfing, kitesurfing, Stand Up Paddling, wakeboarding, kayaking and more.

Amsterdam Boat Show Worlds
The exhibition is organized in seven sections, or “worlds”:
This is a sector of construction, management, maintenance and preservation of classic and traditional vessels (previously organized separately as the Classic Boat Show in Enkhuizen).
There are a few pavilions on this section: with a wide range of keel boats, day sailing boats, leeboard boats, open trailer-transportable boats, catamarans and trimarans; including day sailing pavilion, open sailboat pavilion and sailing schools pavilion.
There are four boats nominated as the “outstanding sailing boat of the year”: Dragonfly 25, Hanse 315 (who also is the winner), Italia 998, and Maxi 1200.
This means everything involving fun sports such as wind and kite surfing, wakeboarding, canoeing, kayaking and Stand Up Paddling (SUP), with even more demo activities in and around the Water Fun Zone.
