Pershing is a representative fiberglass motor yacht brand made in Italy, with an experience of almost 30 years. The models are powerful, stylish and speedy (up to 50 knots).
The founders of what will become “Pershing Yachts”, are Tilli Antonelli, Fausto Filippetti, and Giuliano Onori. They signed together in 1981, year when also Cantiere Navale dell’Adriatico was founded and their first boat has been launched. In 1985, they met yacht designer Fulvio De Simoni, and so, Pershing was born (the 45′ model). In 1990 they became international, and in 1998, the company became part of Ferretti Group. In 2012, the whole group went under what they call a “huge restructuring phase”, but it was in fact a financial debt of over a billion USD. They have been bailed out by Shandong Heavy Group – Weichai Group from People’s Republic of China, which now own 75% in the group, and the policy is to say that everything is for the best, this merger “represents the beginning of a further international breakthrough for the brand and the Group, providing financial soundness and the necessary resources to get new distribution channels and expand more effectively in the new emerging markets, enhancing the sales channel and the after-sales service, with the aim to further consolidate its leadership position in the global market for luxury yachts”.
Merger or not, it seems that Pershing yachts are produced in the Mondolfo shipyard (located right in front of the original yard), on 53k sq.m.
The models they build now, are 50.1 LA, 50.1 SD, 62, 64, 74, 82, 92, 108, 115. Al pictures sources’, model descriptions, and technical data, are from Pershing Yachts official site.

I put more pics from the 118, because it’s the their flag ship and I also found an engine room pic on their site. Otherwise, there are expensive for a brand. I have found one 108 from 2011 with over $9Mil, and one fresh model, 2014, with over $18Mil. The 115 varies more than that, but I found it at around $13Mil, as all the brokers have spoken between them.
