CNB (Construction Navale Bordeaux) founded by Dieter Gust and Olivier Lafourcade on the right bank of the Garonne River, on the site of the former Chantiers et Ateliers du Sud-Ouest, which, among other things, built the 5-masted France II in 1911 (which, at the time, was the largest combined sail-and-engine powered ship ever built), as well as torpedo boats and submarines for the French Navy and oil rigs. It was year 1987.
They build just two types of sailing yachts, “CNB Bordeaux 60” and “CNB 76”.
In 1992, CNB became part of Bénéteau Group. Since then, the division has had all the strength of the world’s leading pleasure sailboat builder right behind it.

They are considered highly luxurious, prices are in the Million $ range. I don’t know. I’ve seen a 2015 CNB 76 model with $4.6M asking price. I know it’s highly customizable and they have some special methods to inject the resin and stuff, but with this money you buy two small tankers 1,500 DWT each, which can bring you easily $150-200k per week. Go figure…
