Palmer Johnson shipyard was founded in 1918 by Hans Johnson and Herman Gmack. In 1961, Pat Haggerty, founder of Texas Instruments bought Palmer Johnson. They also began to use aluminum in yacht building. In 1979, they built a 100 ft. yacht which was the fastest yacht in the world for over ten years. Now, Palmer Johnson Superyachts are between the best of their kind.
Now, they build two types of superyachts: SuperSport and Sportyacht.

In this class, we find 35M, 42M, 48M, and 72M models. Their creators consider them an unique blend of design, technology and performance.
