Shogun was built in aluminum by Dutch shipyard Holland Jachtbouw as a fast cruising sloop and it was launched in 2006. Its naval architecture was made by Dixon Yacht Design and the interiors were made by by John Munford. The interior is both modern and warm, with clever use of pear and wenge woods to contrast against the light white panels and woven leather inserts.

After undergoing a total refit at Perini Navi in La Spezia, Italy, Shogun has an asking price of €5,750,000 and started to be available for sea trials since September 1. A little after that, we met it at the Monaco Yacht Show. I wanted to find a video but I didn’t like any of them. The pics are somehow relevant. Shogun is a great sloop, only too dear for what I think. You buy a hotel with those money.
