Dehler 46 was first launched in 2015. This is Dehler’s flagship which sold over 60 units since launch. By the way, Dehler is a subdivision of Hanse Yachts AG from Germany. I consider it quite affordable. The yard is somewhere in the former DDR, close to Rugen Island. This post is full of significant pictures, you can check for yourself. Conclusion
I have read more about Dehler 46, and not all opinions were highly praising. One can wonder why it’s almost 30% more pricey than its Hanse equivalent. The answer stays in the different materials used, and in the different approaches when buying one. Even if it has an ocean crossing certificate, you need some more deposit space for water and fuel to attend such an adventure. Finally, the price is right, it starts at only €258k without VAT, and that can push you at less than €500k for a perfectly equipped cruiser/racer. Dehler 46 is not so bad.
