Arcadia A85 is the first Arcadia yacht model, a winner of multiple trophies. The company is based in Naples and launched its first yacht in 2009. The shipyard’s manager is Ugo Pellegrino. Now they boast success with the A96 (29 meters).
The interior flows to the exterior thanks to plenty of windows and natural light. The main saloon offers a plush seating area, coffee table, and entertainment system, accompanied by some contemporary decor and well-appointed lighting. Set in an open plan format, the formal dining table is forward of the lounge area, with seating for all eight guests. Between us, it has plenty of space for more than eight, but as a matter of luxury, eight have all the space to not be annoyed by each other.
Exterior living is exceptionally spacious. Stepping aboard, the aft deck is immense, offering a full lounge, a dining table, a fold-out balcony, sunbathing areas, and partial shade.
Look at this beauty, isn’t it like a superyacht?. Nothing compares to Italian design. By the way, Arcadia A85 is designed by the Milan-based Hot Lab, of whom Antonio Romano and Enrico Lumini are the founders. I’ve noticed the same modern sobriety expressed in other projects as well.
The most innovative issue is solar power. There are over 40 sq. meters of solar panels generating about 4KW of energy. Unfortunately, autonomy is not mentioned, nor the fuel consumption. They don’t forget just a fact: because of the building’s peculiarity, the latter is reduced to 20 up to 40%.
Price varies, depending on the broker. I saw something between $2-4.5mil, second hand, but the firm selling a model with $4.5mil seems very unreliable. I’ve been lately very attracted to the “explorer” look in a yacht, especially after my imagination was captured by a quarter of a pic in Boats International. Something Dutch of 60m the shorter and 105 meters the longest. Very new, so no secondhand yet. The same broker I mentioned about had an asking price for the 60-meter model of what? Can you guess? I’m sure you can’t. Starting from €70mil. You can buy seven hotels in Miami with this extravagance. If you’re a serious buyer, you start negotiations with the builder, only that model was to be built in Turkey, and, what a surprise, the broker’s name, also a Turkish citizen, was Kohen. I have a feeling that the chopper wasn’t included, nor any other piece of lab or diving equipment. They also pointed to some ATVs and additional speedboats.
Anyway, as inspiration from that broker, I saw just another price for the Arcadia A85, of €6,8mil.

Arcadia A85 Video
I seriously like the Arcadia A85. It’s a superyacht even if it’s just a little under 26 meters. It makes a difference.
