Leonardo Yachts has been founded by the two Dutch brothers, Steven & Melle Boersma. They build and sell worldwide, cute, elegant, but enormously expensive daysailers toys called "Eagle". They are the Eagle 38, Eagle 44, Eagle 54 and the Eagle 70. In 2011 the Eagle 44 was nominated as "European Boat of the Year" at the Dusseldorf Boat Show, in the category "special boats".
