Oceanco is a prestigious Dutch builder of custom superyachts in the 80–140 meters range. The new 85 meter sailing yacht "Aquijo" is the world's largest high-performance ketch and was built by Vitters Shipyard's and Oceanco. It has been launched in 2016. Grand Soleil is a sailing yachts' brand built in Cantiere del Pardo, Bologna, Italy, since 1974, when they launched the model 34. This one was designed by Finot, a French group. In time, they collaborate with German Frers, Bruce Farr, Japec Jakopin and Luca Brenta, all famous world boat designers. Dufour Yachts
After a long pause, we continue here with Dufour Yachts, a company founded in 1964 by Michel Dufour, an engineer with a love of sailing. The shipyard is in La Rochelle, France. They do now two classes of sailing yachts, Performance and Grand Large. Both are for cruising in comfort. There are three types of Performance, the 36, the 40E and the 45E. Hallberg-Rassy from Sweden
Harry Hallberg, who lived between 1914 and 1997, commenced his boatbuilding career at the age of 14, by constructing boats made of wood. In 1943 he opened his own yard at Kungsviken on the island of Orust in Sweden. At first, he built his wooden boats more or less by instinct.
